honestly don’t even know where to begin. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dental office. I went here for a root canal. They STARTED the root canal and told me they would get me back in the following week to finish it and that they would call me to schedule the appointment. They never called. I called them NUMEROUS times. Nobody answered. I left voicemails. Nobody called me back. I waited and waited while I was walking around with a tooth that had been opened and a root canal that had NOT been completed. About 3 WEEKS later, I physically walked back into the office because my tooth was now infected. They looked at it, did some more work, and STILL DID NOT FINISH THE ROOT CANAL. They told me I needed another appointment and that they would get me scheduled. Once again, I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. About a MONTH later, I went back for what I thought was finally going to be the appointment to finish the root canal. A DIFFERENT dentist looked at my tooth and suddenly tells me, β€œWe can’t save the tooth. It needs to be pulled.” ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Two different dentists had already worked on this tooth. They started a root canal. Nobody told me that the

I was fortunate enough to hear about the Halim Clinic from a friend. After experiencing dental pain for several months (and having no real insurance to cover it), I called to see if I could get an appointment. They were awesome about asking concerned questions, and right up front let me know there would be a wait. They told me they would call back when they had an opening. After about three months they called and I had a dental consultation. About a month later I had a second appointment to get a root canal. The doctors were awesome, very professional and friendly. I’m very grateful for the Halim Clinic’s care and services. My dental pain is gone. Today I even received a voucher for an eye exam from them too. Their outstanding dedication to helping people has earned them a permanent place in my heart. Thank you Halim Clinic πŸ’™

Full-time nomad here since 2022... then got destroyed financially by DOGE and tariffs in 2025... been without health insurance since 11/2024 and ran out of my maintenance medications in the last couple months. SO THANKFUL for Halim Clinic and their team of caring providers and staff! My blood pressure was far higher than I thought and I'm beyond relieved to see a doctor and get my maintenance meds refilled. Now to get my blood work completed and a follow-up appointment in a month. Very, very grateful for an organization like Halim Clinic. πŸ₯°

My review is regarding the free dental clinic. The staff there is extremely nice, very professional and treat you as though you were part of their family. They are so kind hearted to offer the free dental service and I feel very blessed that they were able to help me. I would definitely, without doubt, recommend them to anyone in need of dental care. You will not be disappointed. The staff that took extremely good care of me on the day I had a procedure was: Dentist- Dr Jalal, Dental assistant - Kendra, Dental coordinator- Seham. Thanks to each of you so very much!!!!!!!πŸ™‚

Halim Dental Clinic is proof positive that there is a huge and necessary need for those with limited or no dental coverage The office was busy and there was a short wait to be seen, however the staff was extremely professional and very kind. Dr. Ahmed treated me with the patience and attention as if I was his only patient that day, ... I am ever so grateful for his expertise and services. The office was clean and the appointments moved very concise and fast. A woman I chatted with in the waiting room had just received a root canal and explained how painless and efficient her procedure was. Although there is a fairly long waiting list to be seen for a follow up visit, I was extremely appreciative for the services provided to me at no cost. The office is staffed with volunteers who give up their Saturday's to attend the needs of the uninsured. I wish there were more (free or reduced fee) clinics available to those in need, Kudo's to Halim Clinic.
